Eala OT is a private occupational therapy practice located in Athenry, Co Galway. Eala OT was established by occupational therapist Aoife Regan in November 2023. We specalise in providing occupational therapy assessment and intervention to children and young people aged between 5 - 25 years.

Our mission is to support young people overcome their challenges and enable them to build meaningful and fulfilling lives. We are commited to creating a safe and supportive environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive.

Getting to know the young person and their family is at the heart of what we do in Eala OT. Our approach centres on building strengths, nurturing development and making occupational therapy playful and engaging.

Whether it’s increasing fine motor skills, sensory or emotional regulation or independence in day-to-day tasks, we’re here to help young people grow with confidence.
